Gregory Alan Baum established the firm in 2002 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, before local real estate prices started double digit appreciation trend, and quality and elegance were still common priorities. His extensive traveling experience within the United States and abroad helped him accomodate demands of discerning clientel from all over the world.
Over the years, the firm has completed many successful projects around Fort Lauderdale Beach area, Coral Ridge, Victoria Park and others.
Ultimately, our goal is to create high quality buildings from the foundation, to the rooftop, and every detail in between, appropriate to the South Florida "WOW" factor.
